Downstairs. The living room has an open beam ceiling, two comfortable sofas, armchair and side furniture. There is a television with Freeview, DVD and VHS players and a Radio/CD player. The kitchen/dining room has a table and chairs for five. The well equipped kitchen includes an electric cooker with fan oven, grill and ceramic hob, a fridge with ice box, a microwave oven and a dishwasher. A door leads to bedroom two on the ground floor with twin beds, wardrobe and drawers.

Upstairs. Double bedroom with fitted wardrobe. Single bedroom with cabin bed and a washbasin. Duvets, pillows and bed linen are all supplied. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc and basin.

In the Utility. Washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, recycling facility, games and video library.

Other facilities. Oil fired central heating/hot water. Cot and highchair on request.
