Downstairs. Open plan accommodation with beamed ceilings. The living area has two comfortable sofas, coffee table and side furniture. There is a television with Freeview, DVD and VHS players and a Radio/CD player. The dining area has a table and chairs for six. The well equipped kitchen includes an electric cooker with fan oven, grill and ceramic hob, a fridge with ice box, a microwave oven and a larder. A stable door leads to outside seating area and garden beyond.

Upstairs. Large double bedroom. Twin bedroom. Children’s bunk bedroom. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes; duvets, pillows and bed linen are all supplied. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc and basin.
